Korean white porcelain and celadon vase

Sale price€199,00

An adorable little faceted Korean vase in delicate white porcelain and a very light green celadon glaze. It was made by Hyun Taeju of the 100-mok studio, a Korean ceramist who regularly exhibits in South Korean galleries and reinterprets traditions to anchor them in our contemporary lives.

Hyun Taeju is inspired by the white porcelain of the Joseon dynasty and the imprint of handwork and warmth. The blue-green tones of the vase come from traditional Korean celadon, obtained by adding a small amount of iron oxide to the glaze.

A vase that can hold delicate bouquets or minimalist branches, depending on the occasion and the mood.

This is a unique piece.
