Brass Japanese Incense Holder
A very elegant Japanese brass incense holder, handcrafted by Nousaku, a historical family foundry located in Takaoka, Toyama Prefecture.
Made of 3 pieces, a small heavy plate with 3 legs, a ball and a square spike, it can be used with all types of incense: sticks (ball and plate), cones (stand with ridges and plate), spirals (plate only). These pieces are gathered in a small anthracite grey cardboard box.
An incense holder designed for POJ Studio, a house in Kyoto that promotes Japanese craftsmanship, and with which Atelier Ikiwa has established a collaboration.
