How do I use the Gift Card?
After placing your order you will receive a unique code, which you can enter at the time of payment. The amount available will be deducted from the total amount. You can use the Gift Card immediately after purchase using the code.
What is the format of the Gift Card?
You will automatically receive an email upon confirmation of the order with the unique Gift Card code. This code can be used immediately.
But to give this Gift Card in a more personalised way, we offer 2 formats depending on your deadline and wishes:
Format 1, the Physical Gift Card, in paper format: A physical Gift Card is sent at our expense to the postal address (in mainland France only) that you provide when you place your order. It consists of 1 14cm x 14cm square card on which you can specify the recipient's name and your name, and add a personalised message. The card comes in a pretty Japanese-style-hand-folded envelope, closed by a sliding tie that can be opened easily. A small white label held by the tie allows you to write the recipient's name on the back if you wish. Original and intriguing, the paper Gift Card is a beautiful item to slip under the Christmas tree!
Format 2, the Virtual Gift Card: Based on the information you provide us, we customise a Virtual Gift Card in a A4 format that can be printed at home or sent directly to the recipient in less time than a physical Gift Card, making it ideal for a last-minute gift. This card can be sent to you by email within 24 hours of receiving your information.
To validate your preferences, we will send you an email when we receive your Gift Card order.
What is the delivery timeline for the physical Gift Card?
The physical Gift Card is usually dispatched by Atelier Ikiwa within 2 or 3 working days after the order has been placed, by registered letter. It therefore takes a total of 5 to 6 working days to receive it. Please note that during the festive season these times may be extended by the Post Office. As with any order placed on the Atelier Ikiwa website, in the event of absence or travel, delivery times may be extended. Always check the banner at the top of the website for exceptions before placing your order if you have time constraints.
Can I have the paper Gift Card delivered directly to the recipient?
Yes, absolutely. We'll personalise the card with the information you give us and send it to the address you specify (in mainland France).
Can I use the Gift Card in several instalments?
Yes, the Gift Card can be used for successive purchases for 1 year from the date of purchase.
Is it possible to define custom amounts ?
Unfortunately not, the amounts are fixed but we have established several levels to help you define the most suitable amount. There are 7 levels: €50, €100, €150, €200, €300, €400 and €500.
What are the General Terms and Conditions of Use?
A Gift Card purchased on the Atelier Ikiwa website can be used in one or more instalments up to its value and completed by another means of payment if necessary. It is valid for 1 year from the date of purchase on all products and services offered on the www.atelierikiwa.com website, using the unique code that will be sent to you by email once the order has been completed. The Gift Card is neither exchangeable nor refundable. Purchases made using the Gift Card are not refundable in cash, only in Gift Cards.
The paper version of the Gift Card is sent by Lettre Verte Suivie, exclusively in metropolitan France.
