Pojagi is an unchanging Korean tradition of wrapping objects or food in rectangular pieces of fabric, which allows them to be stored, decorated, offered, or carried with elegance and practicality. In its patchwork version (more commonly called Jogak-bo in Korea), scraps of fabric were preserved and to avoid waste used to create unique pojagi, thus creating a new work of art.
